Dear Sir or MadamI am writing this letter to report my complaint regarding the newly purchased laptop of your company due to its malfunctioning. My name is Rohit, sales manager at Vivo and a frequent customer of your services. I bought a Dell laptop with i3 processor consisting windows 10 from your company store on 25th December. I would like to bring to your kind notice that the laptop worked well in the initial days but gradually it failed to work smoothly. It usually gets hangs whenever I try to open any file such as MS word, Powerpoint, and MS excel. Moreover, It takes a lot of time to save any previously listed files. Afterward, when It was examined by one of your company's representatives, it is found with some programming in-built faults which are not reliable to be fixed as it can be faced repeatedly. As I purchased it a few days before, it is under warranty. Therefore, I request you to exchange the product for the new one.
