I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding a car that I recently bought from your shop. After only days things started to go wrong.
On the 25th of may I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a car for my friend. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assisant to purchase it. Two days later, my friend made a calland said about the problems of the car. When he used the car for the first time it worked properly and He was driving without anyproblems. However, when he drove it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. When he was driving suddenly the car broke down. on the way.
Furthmore, when he tried driving another the same thing happened. In addition to this, the car did not go as fast as expected. I would like you to replace the car with well functioning one. I expect to recieve the same type of unit and trand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to customer Servise Association responsible for this problem.
