Some people reckon that elderly people are better than youngsters in terms of leading companies and businesses. In this essay I am going to elaborate on the given topic and show my agreement with this statement.
To commence with, elderly people are deemed more than younger people as a chief in many sectors owing to the fact that elderlies are of high-experienced and they are well-informed. That is to say, elderly leaders know all the ins and outs. Youngsters are supposed to augment their knowledge and boost their experience in order to lead a business and this aim just gain over time. In each companies and organization there are a number of difficulties that leaders should tackle with them by their previous experience. As a result, having experience is of a great value for running a business.
Another advantage belonging to aged people is that they have enough wealth to share with their employees and accommodate their needs. In each sectors existence of strong financial supply play an active role for business prosperious. Therefore, old-aged manager can be appropriate choice for leading companies. For example, in my hometown there are many ailing organization lead by youngsters.
