I am disappointed to inform you that I have been having some terrible problems with central heating and hot water.
I moved into this apartment in September, and I was very relieved about the condition of your apartment. However, after quite some time, I found out that the central heating and hot water were out of order. At first, I tried fixing it myself, but it was no use. I thought it would be successfully fixed if I called your workers. They tried to fix the problem, but without success.
I would gladly appreciate it if you could do something on this condition. Could you come over and check it yourself? In case you know someone well who can mend it successfully, call them over here to solve the problem.
I hope you will take into account my consideration and help me to fix the problem.
