The idea of gender diversity has been discussed for a long time, if we want to be more specific about this subject, I personally prefer to say there is no difference between men and women to deliver a job and this idea is just a society bias, This essay will explain why I disagree whit the idea providing reasons and examples.
In the past, some kind of jobs was just be done by men because of their masculinity power or the type of job that their believe should be done by men and some careers was just be done by women, In years that point of view has been growth and still we can see some positions are occupied by men and such as car services or plumping and etc, and some with women such as sales, Secretary or a Florist.
Nowadays there are many woman with several skills and eager to work in positions that men used to be worked in, They have right to pursue their desire career even though the society wouldn't accept them on that particular job, Or there is so many educated man who loves to work in some softer field such as nursing or babysitting, their choices have to be respected too.
by way of conclusion, I have to say the job suitability should be based on qualification not gender, however, gender diversity would help careers to use different views and sights.
