My name is Corne Berg and I would like to report an incident at your local bus station, I just want to mention what happened to me while I was on one of your buses.
The incident occurred when I was on my home to Disa Street Gordons Bay. The bus driver of bus number 47 ignored the speed limit, and as he changed lanes, we could feel that the bus was not stable. You have to slow down if you want to change lanes, especially when the traffic is very busy on the roads. People were afraid and you could hear the scream of one pregnant woman. This is not acceptable
I suggest that you send these drivers to a specific driving school to improve their driving skills. As a bus driver, you have the responsibility for 30- 50 people’s lives. As a manager, you can also provide further training with regard to client's feelings and emotions while on a bus.
