Nowadays, the issue of gaming addiction is being discussed in various of countries, and it makes this question enormously essential, which is why I have attended a special seminar where a number of solutions of solving this obstacle have been proposed. I shall consider two of them.
Firstly, it has been claimed that treatment programmes are able to help community with avoiding game addiction. In my estimation, it can be an amazing idea because teenagers and young generation are fond of wasting their vital time in VR, and these courses can provide special workshops connected with living in real life. Bur it is subjective and in this account of if a person is into gambling or gaming, his mental health can be damaged. Besides, advice can be ignored by plenty of gamers.
Secondly, the idea of public service announcements has been proposed and from my point of view, it is the most useful decision. At the moment, mass media has incredible influence on nation’s brain. The internet, TV and other ways are the most important part of our life. In my opinion, if society will see the advertisement of harmful effect of gaming, people will spend less time in VR.
In conclusion, I do believe that announcements are more vital than a number of different treatment programmes, but at the same time we should not forget that everything depends on people.
