Dear XYZ,
This is in response to the letter which you sent regarding noise from our house. Firsly, I would like to apologise for the same as it has impacted you mentally and I can understand it would of stress to hear loud noise.
I want to bring into your attention that the noise was coming from the Paying guest who just moved in out vacant floor. The place has been rented by college students who are in their young age and are living in group with other mates. The noise was coming from their floor because of loud music they play. I would like to inform you that I have notified them with the issues neighbours are facing an have warned them not to play such loud music again. They have been clearly advised that if they have to live here, then they should follow society rules and regulations.
I assure you that this kind of activity will not happen in future and urge you to forgive them this time as they are just students and have a bright future ahead. They have learnt their lesson and will not create loud noise again. Please consider this apology from myside.
