In some cities, there are few controls on the design, construction of homes, office buildings & owners can decide on styles of houses. Do advantages on this ouweigh its drawbacks? pnLbd
It can not be denied that some municipal have less authorities over the architecture and construction of residents and employment buildings. Some people argue that they should be independent to decide the design of their own domicile. To a major extent benefits surpass the drawbacks. My preference is elaborated in the ensuing write up. The biggest reward is people can build their houses according to their test of material. If the person have free command over their place structure they should be live peacefully in their home with their family members as well as they can enjoy whole life with prefrencial surrounding things therefore it should b chargeless to commit oneself favourite. Another plus is business runs effectively. In other words the structural design of office building is constructed as reported by different working department then employee can work productively to sit in their own cabins it can lead the growth of business organisation. On the contrary there are also some demerits of independent choice of design. To begin with community missuse the prefrencial choice. They are planning illegal floors over their homes without official permission. It is against the law of national commision as a result of this overall structure of cities building become astonishing. All in all it can be eventually commented that society should be free t decide personal things it may helpful for the person's life and their progress; however it can also bring serious things issues. In my words local authority should give permission for some extent rather than Fully independent.
