Write a letter to the Mayor, the head of a municipal government, complaining about a situation in which some adolescents let their dogs run wildly causing a dangerous situation.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to attract your attention towards an existing danger which has created a havoc in the area among residents. I reside in the A-block of King's Society and have been living here since 2000. For the past twenty two years, I never faced any issue and love living in such calm and noise-free locality; however, for the last few months, a number of young adults who live in the same area make their dogs run freely o the streets. Indeed, they must be vaccinated, nonetheless others who are not familiar to dogs get chased by them which can lead to serious problem like bitting.  The toddlers and elders are afraid of going outside their house now, no one wants to step outside. Even after numerous warning the youngsters are not listening and have been doing the same thing repeatedly. I humbly request you to either strictly warn the guardians of these teenagers or issue them a letter to vacant the building as soon as possible for others safety.
