There is no doubt that satisfaction of workers in working time, will improve the quality of the business outputs. Personally, I believe that the more diverse task during work time, the more workers' satisfaction. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay. First of all, individuals mentally prefer to do diverse tasks, because they will tire of similar tasks. Additionally, less tiredness leads one to work better and in an efficient way, So a wide variety of tasks in a workday will increase the quality and quantity of the results. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. For about ten years, I have been working as a teacher at high schools. At the early of this period, I had been teaching only mathematics, and teaching a similar course, had made me bored. As a result, my student got the lowest scores in the inter-schools competition, so I decided to teach diverse courses in addition to mathematics. Consequently, I tried more to be adept in all of these subjects, which I was teaching. Nowadays, I am a renowned teacher in my hometown, because almost all of my students do better in exams. I think that It would not be possible for me to be a successful teacher without teaching various courses. Secondly, the similarity of works in a day influences mental growth. Your brain needs to be active for thriving and prospering. Working on the same task during the workday, after a while turns to a habit, and it doesn't keep your brain active. As a result, your mental health will be susceptible to the diseases such as forgetting, which will bothersome you at old age. My grandfather who can't remember some events and has forgotten some of them is a persuasive example. He had been a clerk at a bank for 25 years and did regular tasks per day. After accomplishing this job, he gradually was forgetting the less important phenomena in his life. Nowadays, He doesn't distinguish his family from ordinary people and doesn't know us. I think that It won't occur if he worked on different subjects in his career. In conclusion, I am of the opinion that diverse tasks in a workday not only are necessary for the satisfaction of workers but also are necessary for have an extraordinary society. This is because various tasks intensify your efficiency and because the different tasks improve your mental health.
