Some people believe that children will have a bright future if they are always rewarded by their parents and teachers when they behave well. It is said that children who receiving gifts after being well behavior by their parents and teachers will have better life in the future while others disagree and think that punishing kid because of bad behavior can help them become good people. This essay agrees that it is more important to praise children than focus on other punishments. There can be no doubt that praising kid is the prime way to increase children's confidence. When children receive prizes for their good actions, thay will feel comfortable and confident then thay will be more mature and easy to make decision. Futhermore, being confident is very useful for children in the future especially in job interview because interviewer always want to see the maturity and confidence of interviewee. For instance, a recent research made by Liverpool University found that 90% of children who are praised by parents and teachers became successful citizens with full of confidence. However, there is a small minority that suggest that punishing children for their bad behavior will help them become qualified citizens
