Dear City Council Members,
I am Harshvardhan Dadhich, a long-standing resident of the Blue Jays way street community. This well-considered letter seeks your urgent attention towards the great disturbance caused by the ongoing repair project on my street for the last four weeks.
As you may know, the majority of residents are parents in the area, who along with their children, wake up to the loud noise of construction which goes on till 11 PM in the night. In the initial approved proposal, excavation was set to complete in the first week of the project. With the fourth week running now, the mental peace of residents is highly impacted due to loud noise and traffic at odd hours.
Troubled by these issues, I urge you to plan an immediate course of action in order to bring peace to the community. Kindly ensure that the contractors complete their work during the day and wrap up by dusk, and leave for the night. Additionally, the overall schedule of the project needs to be closely monitored and expedited.
Looking forward to swift and effective action.
