Women can do everything that men can and they even do it better. They also can do many things that men cannot. But it is a fact that their work is not appreciated as much as men's although they have to sacrifice a lot for their family and career. It is said 'A women's place is in the home'. In the scenario of women empowerment globally, it is a bitter truth that, in spite of working selflessly for their family's future, a woman's efforts are not acknowledged as compared to men. I believe that a woman can balance her personal and professional life better than the opposite sex and she is not just meant to be confined to the four walls of her home. With the disappearance of gender indifference, females are in every field an individual can imagine therefore, their presence in every department is respected more than men. For instance, in India, many women in sports are appreciated for gaining pride for nations that men also cannot achieve, for winning various medals at world level. Apart from this, women are known to be better at conflict solving too as not only do women try to understand the reason behind the conflict, but they also connect better with others and hence come up with long-lasting solutions. Furthermore, working women can boost up the economic status of her house as well as of her nation. To exemplify, when spouses work together, the financial condition of a family improves leading to a better life style. Additionally, women are better at switching between tasks and juggling multiple tasks at the same time. To conclude, I deem that with the modernization, people are equally or even more proud of the efforts and hard works of females, compared to males. Both men and women have equal rights and the perception that women are born to stay at home is totally wrong, as together both genders can work more effectively and efficiently
