Organising a large family celebration such as wedding can often create problems

Although big celebrations like weddings create happy memories for us, they are always challenging and bring a lot of stress and difficulty for the host. In the following essay, I will mention three of the most important problems of organizing a wedding ceremony and the suggested solutions. The first and significant issue is the heavy expenses and limited budget that most young people encounter and unfortunately, we are witnessing an increase in extra luxuries and expenses in wedding ceremonies day by day. The next problem is the difference in opinions and tastes of the couples and their families which causes trouble in the planning process. For example, they may not agree on the list of guests, the location of the ceremony and the type of reception for the guests. And the last of them is related to specifying the time and place of the celebration so that all the invited people can easily participate without any trouble. For example, it is not possible for everyone to attend a party in the middle of the week due to work commitments or distance. To tackle these problems, couples should determine a reasonable budget and prioritize their expenses and use affordable services as much as possible. Also, having a family meeting before starting activities and hearing each other's opinions and making a final decision is essential and ultimately, holding the ceremony on the weekend or official holiday and in a place that has easier access for all of them, can greatly increase the guests satisfaction. To sum up, although organizing a wedding ceremony is very difficult and problems such as expenses, opposing opinions of families or timing and location of the event can cause trouble, but I believe that with a proper planning, it can be an excellent opportunity for gathering together, seeing relatives and having fun with them.
