First of all, You can experience first-hand experience. Why is this important, you ask? Because when you are reading a book, it is a second-hand experience, because someone else who either went to/or is from that country wrote about it. It’s like eating a stranger’s leftovers. If that sounds disgusting, then If I were you, I wouldn’t do so. However, when you are traveling, you experience everything from a first-hand point of view, which is much better as you have your own personal experience and opinion, unlike if you got all the information from that little paper abomination that is far too undignified to be referred to as a “book. ”
