The graph illustrates the gender gap in labour force. This showing in percentages how was this Gap in the world in general and in other specific places. This comparison is presented through the years 1992 to 2015.
The main features are the differences between Latin America & The Carribean in comparison to USA, Canada and the European Union.
The graph shows that Latin America & The Carribean had in 1992 the large percentage of gender gap in the world, reaching almost the 40 percent. With the pass of the years, this number has decreased reaching around the 27 percent.
On the other hand, USA, Canada and the European Union had the least gender gap percentage in the world, being the maximum around 22 percent in 1992 and the minimum in 2012 with less than 15 percent.
Regard the world, in general, it had shown a small decrease in the gender gap percent, reaching in 2012 around 22 percent.
