If a person can buy their own house then they can save their salary by paying rent. Moreover, some individual want to decorate their own house as a living room, dinning room and study room. Similary, people will not suffer from paying a monthly rent, they donot have worry to paid from their budget as result, they can save their budget for other purpose. for instance according to the Nepalese society, arround 60% of people build their own housing for whole family. In contrast, Having own building can brought the facilities of parking as well as garden in their balcony. on the other hand, the negative situation of having own house include taxation for the government. people have to pay yearly tax for those building. Furthermore, sometime it will be dificult to find out the room for older grand parents. It create problem for those unhealthy elder people. Likewise, If there is too much building in certain area, they might suffer from noise pollution and even they are unable to get fresh air, which is very important for human beings life. While, having stores building might be dangerous for children. for example, this environment created problem for kids they might get accident from front balcony.
