Gender equality may be one of the limitations that would prevent me from achieving these goals. In every society, gender equality is still an ongoing issue that will disqualify some women. Nonetheless, I have never been discouraged. I have always tried my best to show everyone that such a woman can also be a leader in an organization. I just want to make sure that at least my voice could be heard by someone. And that someone could transform my words to any potential success. I believe one day, someone could recognize my work and that is what I am proud of myself.
