The progress of a letter or parcel from packaging to delivery

The given diagram illustrates the process of a parcel or letter going through several steps before it is delivered to the appropriate location. It is evident that there are five main stages in this linear process beginning with the packaging of letters or parcels and with the final step where the letter is delivered based on the destination address. First of all, a written letter or created package that is ready for delivery is packaged and to be sent to the post office. At the next stage of the process the post office that received the letter or parcel, determines the route of the letter based on the destination address. When the previous stage is accomplished, the package or letter is transported to the next station. Following that, the procedure is considered at this point to be the receipt of letters or parcels, after which they are to be sent to the based destination address. Following all of these steps, the letter or package is to be received by the person or location in the final step.
