When the topic of unemployment is discussed there are divisive arguments; however, rate of jobless people is booming over the past few decades. This essay will be discussed on the root causes of this phenomenon and also provides solutions to cope with this situation.
To begin with, there are plenty of reasons why people are not able to get a job? the primitive one is that technology has gained immense prevalence now a days by dint of conveniences it offers. To exemplify my viewpoint, in the past amazon company allowed many workers in their warehouses, but at the present scenario all the electronic robots took a place in lie of public. Moreover, the second reason might be the education sectors. To elaborate more, if the schools and colleges are not providing the real life education then students will be faced many issues related not having job.
On the other hand, there are a few solutions by which we can mitigate this situation. The first and foremost one is that governments should provide the loan for small scale businesses as a result, individuals can do businesses and also they will be higher many multi skill employers and employees. Furthermore, education sectors must provide the practical knowledge, which will help pupils in their forthcoming future.
In conclusion, it can be stated that advancement in new equipments play the fundamental role to rise the unemployment, nonetheless, according to above solutions nations can reduce the problem of jobless people by providing loans so, public can join the companies.
