This is with referance to the product purchased from your shop two weeks ago.
I bought a radio from your shop and it did not work properly after two days. Therefor I bought back the radio to your shop and the shop keeper accept the radio and informed me that they will repair it within three days. since then i spend one week time even then the radio has not prepaird up to now.
I Kindly request you that if the radio has repaired allready please inform me and i will pickup from your shop. if the radio cannot repair or waiting for some parts then please replace the radio as it is only Two weeks from the purchased date.
I expect your kind attention and looking forward to hearing from you.
