Due to the increasing number of people in whole world, There is a lack of permanent jobs and hence the probability of life-long job is almost zero. Nowadays it is a trend of jobs which lasts up to short period of time. Therefore, there are some merits and demerits of such kind of employment which will be discussed in coming essay. Firstly, If we look at the benefits, one can move to any new place to get a job since it demands a short time to live there and due to that each place employers pay different. So, sometimes there are the chances to get well paid. For instance, The software engineers are having different packages per year in different places which is quite good and on the other hand if one is having permanent job then there are inconsiderable increments through out the life. As a result, anyone can survive easily in the unpredictable circumstances. On the other hand, Each time a person changes a job, it demands to learn new skills and to match up with new people. But, some people have introverted personality and because of that they could not communicate well with new team members. For example, A software engineer needs to learn new skills almost every year due to increasing demand of technology and if they don't learn there are chances that they could lost their job and the result would be terrible. To summarize, everyone needs a job to sustain either it's contract based or it could be life-long occupation. No one can imagine a life without money for at least basic needs.
