The line graph given illustrates the proportion of owning the cell phone by the student and the parents of students at Jenny's school over a 14 year period from 2002 to 2016. Unit are measure in percentage per year.
Overall, it can be seen that all units rose throughout the given period. Moreover, Parents of students at Jenny's school has a higher proportion over the period than student.
In terms of owning cell phone which had higher score, Parents stood at 65% in 2002 before increasing moderately in 2006. After that, Parents experienced a slightly increase by 4% between 2006 and 2016.
Regarding the other value which lower than Parents, Students started at 45% before increasing drastically by 18% in 2010. From that point, Students witnessed a slightly rose in 2016.
