In this essay, we will discuss about explanations for the causes and give a reasonable solution for this problem. In the current situation, many people in developing countries can move to abroad easily for getting a good job opportunity. The most chose white-collar people are IT guys because of they connect all around the world. This is all because of the better salary range and the recognition they will get in those places. Many of these types of white-collar individuals alter to employ in the Western countries than the poorer national countries. This means that they will get more experiences and knowledge by getting the challenge opportunities with higher wages. As an example, the most job seeker link also known as LinkedIn, most of the employees can get access to reach their target standard and have a good job opportunities. Due to the fact that there will be occurred some major problems such as poorer locations can not rise up the level of civilization. In addition, some culture issues can be started for the immigrants. Providing better living conditions and high salary as per their education and experience are the solutions for this issue, which can reduce a considerable amount of transferring, if someone gets wages in accordance with their profiles, they won’t leave their native. Creating more employment opportunities and better living atmosphere are the best solution. Inviting foreign investments can create job opportunities. Accepting and adopting of technologies can improve the living standards. Another issue is that if a person who want to go abroad and plan for leaving, the governments should take compensation for studying their degree in their native countries. To conclude, draining of skilled persons from underdeveloped and developing countries will leave their nations in darkness.
