The government wants their people to use more on public transportation and not only depends on their private vehicle to commute within the city. The prohibition of owned community cars and motorcycles to be drive in the town is to make changes on the environment. Petrol fuel-based transportation produce emission that can harm environment, such as carbon dioxide (CO2). The less people use their own vehicle to travel, can reduce the bad environment emission. In addition, traffic jam is another problem that can occur if many workers use their owned vehicle to go to work. As a result, the stress level can increase if get stuck to long in the traffic. On the other hand, the prohibited of using private transportation can make people spent more time on the road. If we use owned cars or motorcycles, we can commute directly to our destination. However, there is a chance we have to use more than one kind of public transportation to go to our desired location. As a result, we spent more time to travel. Also, the money spent to use public transportation can become higher because we have to change buses in the middle of our journey or in addition use taxi because of there is no bus that going to our destination.
