TWO GOOD TEACHERS THAT YOU HAVE HAD

The old saying: ”A good teacher is like a candle – it consumes itself to light the way for others”. Of course, meeting a teacher who is wholeheartedly devoted to students is a blessing in a student's life. Fortunately, During high school, I was taught by both teachers who were extremely passionate about their profession. One is my English teacher - Ms. Mai. The other teacher is my Math teacher - Mr Nghia. They have many points in common, but they also different from each other. Regrading to similarity, both Mr Nghia and Ms Mai are enthusiastic and diligent. My English teacher always tries her best to help us with studying English. For instance, she often gives to us some exam so as to check whether we understand clearly about things she teach or not, and she want to evaluate individual’s level. Then, she correct our mistakes carefully and instruct again. My Maths teacher, likewise, willingly answers our question anytime we ask even when we are out of class. He also create a math forum on platform so as to we can exchange questions on it. Besides, instead of spend time with his family at weekend, he open class overtime to help us practise more tests and reinforce our knowledge without collect any fees. Another similarity is that my Math teacher is as sociable as my English teacher. Without a doubt, both of them are not only a teacher but also a friend and parents. They usually tell us many their stories life, and they also share with us many life experence lessons. Unlike other teachers, there is no distance between us and them. They always gave us the comfortable atmosphere as much as possible. It is these the same poins that I recognize both of them are two good teacher I have ever learnt. Apart from above homogeneous characteristics, Mr Nghia and Ms Mai have many distinct points. **The most notable difference between two of them is the method of teaching. Due to her seniority in the profession, the knowledge Mss Mai teaches is very in-depth and useful, not to mention the fact that she give us many source rewarding materials which difficult to find on market now. But she still keeps the old ways of teaching, so sometimes we often get bored. Nevertheless, although he doesn’t have as much experiences as Ms Mai, he is a talented teacher. He always find many differents ways to teach us, combination of many teaching methods from tradition to modern, and apply technology in teaching progress. As the result, at each his lecture, we always excited and curious to guess what will he do. My English teacher is a impartial person whereas Mr Nghia’s complaisance. Ms Mai's motto is to put fairness first. She treats all students equally, which ech of student with all due deference to her. We often joke with each other that we want to see her bias as when pigs fly. By constract, my Math teacher is easy-going. He rarely gets angry, or if he does, we just need to make a few jokes to stop being angry. He would never scold us when we got a low score. For him, it doesn't matter how much grades we get, but what he cares about is whether we understand the lesson or not. Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses, but it is those distinctive characteristics that have left an indelible mark on the hearts of each generation of students like us. ** Ms Mai and Mr Nghia are two good teacher who I have a token of the most high respect in my life. Although they have different from the method of teaching to how to treat with us, in general, they give their students to their body and soul. It is with the appearance of many good teachers like them that the education system has made great strides.
