Today, in modern society, fast food is growing and playing an important role in daily life. Many people think it has many benefits, but other don’t agree. Let’s consider what are the advantages and disadvantages of convenience food.

In this days, junk food is playing crucial role in individuals’ life. Some people think that it has a lot of advantages, however, others disagree with this statement. In this essay, I will explain both the pros and cons of this phenomenon and I will give my own opinion. Let is begin by looking at the positive aspects of eating fast foods. One of the main benefits of this it takes very few minutes to make meal and that is why many people prefer these food instead of healthy meals. What I mean by this is that, nowadays most people work until the evening and they do not have enough time for cooking healthful foods. For example, nearly 37 % of Americans regurarly eat fast food. Secondly, there are plethora of fast food restaurants rather than other kind of restaurants in all cities. This leads people to choose junk food restaurant because they are everywhere. Turning to the other side of the argument the biggest drawback is people are facing health problems which are caused by eating junk food. In fact, fast food is typically loaded with calories and sugar. The huge proportion of these ingridients are harmful for human health. For instance, unhealthy foods may cause raise blood pressure, diabetes and lead to weight gain. In conclusion, eating fast food can save time to prepare, whereas, it leads to many disases such as diabetes. Personally, I believe that healthy meals are way more better thath fast food.
