There is an increasing trend around the world of married couples deciding not to have children. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages for couples who decide to do this. Nowadays, number of people that don’t want to have children is increasing. Decreasing cost of living and having more time to spend with each other are the main advantages, whereas loneliness in old age and work limitation for women are the main disadvantages. Couples without children have less living cost and also more time to do something that they like to do. They can save their money by renting a small house with less number of rooms and even they don’t have to pay children’s school or etc. couples can spend time with each other a lot and do their favorite sport or so many things and they have not time limitation because of children. A prime example of this is women when they get pregnant they can’t eat anything or even work. Not having children has disadvantages too like loneliness in old age and family incompleteness. In childless marriage when couples get old they’re going to be a lone and sometime it’s going to be hard because old people can’t do anything by themselves and they need help from young people and also they will experience boringness. And it’s obvious that without a child family is not complete and couples aren’t going to experience some feeling like being a family. For example, playing with your child is one the most fun thing that the couples without children won’t experience. In conclusion, not having children causes some benefits such as saving money and time, and also have some disadvantages like not feeling some experiences and face with some troubles in old age.
