It goes back to the time our chief got changed. Apparently he didn’t think high of me, so his prejudice was that I don’t deserve my position. Maybe he didn’t want me around to replace his ideal candidates for my title. He started to put me under a huge pressure. Then I was buried under an extreme irrelevant work. It means nothing had referred to me but paper work or the issues that needed to be done by a group of people. Sometimes I had to stay overtime to fulfill my duties while almost there was no one in the office. I was highly disappointed and about to lose my patience. Though I put my whole efforts and complete attention to my work I was overlooked. Once I asked my superior the reason of our manger attitude towards me. I didn’t receive any answer to that question. One they I got call from our assistance office. I was so lucky that one of the papers that I handed over/submitted caught his attention. Hence he noticed the high quality of my work he showed how much he is grateful. At the end of the month I got overpaid and I guess my chief manger didn’t any choice but to persuade himself that he made a made a fatal mistake by giving me that complicated work
