Therefore, people may have a hard time until they get used to it after a while. Also, without close friends and family, people may feel isolated. According to research, new comers to a country are highly exposed to mental health problems. Thus, making new social connections is one of the most important things for immigrants in order to keep themselves mentally healthy. In conclusion, even though going abroad has become a trend, one should realize that there are always both sides for the decision. In my opinion, the experiences I have gotten by living in another country is invaluable. Not only is it an exciting adventure with lots of surprises, but also it forces me to grow up to be a better individual.
