This work will have been being rewarding for them and loving. On the other hand, there is also a negative part of lasting educational process so long. Employers will be seeking and waiting for their workers for a long time and may lose their profit. After graduating from first educational step, students must be enrolled in university for 4 years of bachelor course and thereafter have a graduation program as well. This path of career will have been lasting for number of years. In conclusion, I would like to mention that as well as all decisions, this one also has pros and cons. By the branch of children's view, we can notice a progress in system of learning, meanwhile there is also have always been existing company's way of reflexing this concept, that has an immense impact on their hiring sphere.
