WHEREAS, AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE LIST WE HAVE EGYPT WITH ONLY 20% OF WORKFORCE OVERSEEN BY FEMALES. AS FOR MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENTS, AUSTRALIA AND UNITED STATES ARE AT THE TOP WITH AN OUTSTANDING 43% FEMALE WORKERS IN THIS DEPARTMENT. THESE COUNTRIES ARE THEN FOLLOWED BY JAPAN WITH ONLY 17% FEMALE WORKERS AS MANAGERS AND EGYPT WITH ONLY 12% WORKERS IN THE DEPARTMENT.
