The graph represents the different amount of users (in millions) that Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, WeChat and Instagram have had over a period of 5 years from 2010 and 2015.
Overall, we can see that the largest part of people have been connected with Facebook. This line gradually increased over the 5 year period in comparison with others.
In 2010, we saw only two platform, one of this, Facebook, was the most use. Immediately after - in the same year - we had Twittew which is at zero. Between 2011 and 2012, Facebook and Twitter, slightly rose in users from 600 to 1000 millions, for the first one, and from 0 to about 200 millions for the second one. WeChat figure came up in 2011, such as the newest social, and it slowly grew from 0 to over 200 millions. All services saw and increased in connections on the verge of 2012.
Facebook and WeChat increses continued in 2013, instead Twitter line stabalised to about 400 millions. Although Facebook became the most important social, with final 1600 million open chats, WeChat saw a sharply increased over the final 3 years: it close with about 800 millions! Furthermore - Whatsapp and Instagram, which had similar trend - took part in the ranking. Whatsapp started with about 400 millions users, the double of WeChat and closed with about 1000 milions and 400 millions, each other
