The diagrams illustrate the changes that happened in 30 years in the coastal village of Seaville between 1980 and 2010.
Overall, throughout the tenure noteworthy changes can be observed in the infrastructure and layout of the village.
The centre of the village in 1980 was empty although a retirement village and a hotel were constructed later in addition to this, during earlier years the right side of the locality had the east bank which moved a little right along with that a holiday cottage was developed in its south by 2010. The hotel on south and the river on the east remained constant however; a boat club was built on left of the river.
Furthermore, in 2010 resturant was made in place of tea room and sand dunes. Meanwhile, the left side depicted several changes like the woodland on northwest was removed and was replaced by golf course while the march was converted to permanent houses and holiday cottage shifted the left to the right.
