The bar graph gives information on the amount of people who work interms of their jobs and gender in Australia last year. Overall there were more men in employment compared to women. Most of the jobs were dominated by men except for professionals and clerical in which 50 more and 30 more women were employed respectively. There were far more men in the sector of businesspeople which were 900 of them than there were women only at 100. Furthermore a considerably big difference was seen in the sector of production and management roles in which more than 400 more males were working as compared to female workers. Moreover, despite males taking the lead in both labourers and semi professionals there was no significant difference in the number of men and women employed.
In conclusion, most of the sectors were dominated by men whereas women were restricted to only two of the jobs.
