The law is the most important factor that decied what is the minimum time the workers have to spend in job to desirve retireing, that is the main reason controlling most workers as they looking for retireing early to spend more time with their family and enjoying their time where they get benfite from retireing salary. The type of work is contributed in deciding retirenment age. Many jobs require young strength as contructions and mining jobs. That type of works reduce the retirement age as they do not get benfite from old people. In the other hand, education jobs require proffesional workers with long carrier they increase the retirement age due the fact its not easy to find proffesional replacment to their workers, for example in Jordan universitys there are 89 years old proffessors still working in their jobs. As workers are part of the society they get benfites from retirenment age accourding to their job type, for example constructional worker is always seek to retire early to get benfite from his retirement salary and get his own busines. In the other hand, proffessors would like to delay in retirement to get their offers from the university and overtime benfites.
