The map illustrates information about an industrial area and its planned suture developments, located in the town of Norbiton. Overall, the map indicated sophisticated procedures that are planned for the future.
Currently, the town is located below the river, and in the western part of the area. The main road is in the southern side of the Industrial region, crossing towards the east. The road is connected to the principal square which is located at the centre of the map. Three of the eight factories are In the western and northern side of the main circle. There is a road passing through the square and heading towards the east which has the other five factories by it.
In the future, it is planned to add a second roundabout at the middle of the southern road. There will be some shops and a medical centre in either side of the new circle. Moreover, the road that used to connect the main roundabout to the east, is planned to continue to the north and west as well. The factories’ locations is going to be changed, three of them will be moved to the western side of the area. In the eastern side of the road, a new playground and school will be built.
