That's why, it can help teachers boost their critical thinking, problem solving and also teaching ability. What's more, in my view, discussing topic is the best way to tie a bond for teachers hence they can exchange ideas and share their experiences. Moreover, during teaching process, we apply a great number of various techniques to make our lessons effectively. And also we have to use different teaching assessments to know how they impact on learners. Especially, I would like to know about peer-assessment techniques and I consider that it is the most challenging topic for members.
