I am writing to airport service department for causing a delay in my onboarding process during my overseas transit, which caused a major impact on my professional journey. Please allow me to explain.
A miniscule delay occured in boarding the flight No 762589 since, security system was prompting red color for most of the passengers due to software issue. Moreover, baggage scanning section was accumulated with multiple bags to be scanned by the luggage counter, also added a significant delay in onboarding segment, which made me miss the flight attendance.
There had been a larger impact on my professional meeting for one of the pilot projects in our organization. Even though it was a quintessential meeting to attend, this lag has shown a significant downfall to the loyal customer base.
From the airport's customer service side, I would like an entire refund of the flight ticket. I would like the security department to troubleshoot the issue caused and provide a permanent solution to the problem. This will have a greater impact on the society, thus making the travel safe and convenient.
