Some provide that the trend towards more convenient working practices for workers is positive condition. However, others have disagreements on this notion, discussing that it is just other way for companies to expand their income. For many employees, the workplace is important to develop themselves and also company, as they choose place where they want to work and the time. This is because, there is benefit of modern technologies such as tablets, phones which enable to suit themselves. For example, trainers in any field, accountants, designers or editors, who can succeed electronically from anywhere in the world. More clearly, some work can be done at home, in cafes, in hotels, in office space rented by the hour, or even in airports. Although comfortable working has major positive points, it would lead to be lazy and irresponsible because of being free from one's control. All individuals have not great sense of self-discipline which means they may loose easily working habits like waking up early or working with deadline. To cite, company should end all documentary fields at the same time should join new project but due to manager can not contact with office workers who work online it cannot finish on time and it may bring bankrupt. In conclusion, by considering all the points above personally, I believe that everything is up to the people even it would about being ill as a consequence they should be able to control themselves then results maybe the same they planned.
