Discipline is one of the most important characteristic to achieve success in every chosen field. Although it is argued by some people that parents are fully accountable how a child behaves, he spends most of the time with them. Meanwhile other thinks that teachers play a vital role in developing a child personality, they have powers of moulding them. This essay will discuss both both sides of the argument before reaching a logical opinion. On the one hand, the supporters of the view that parenting process has a direct link with the development of child’s personality. As children spends entire time with the parents until they go to school. In order to facilitate the child in developing the remarkable personalty, parents should incorporate their kids into some meaningful games that teaches ethics and moral of life. Lets take an-example of the Sydney where, reduction in criminal rate has been directly linked with the contribution of parents in imbibing discipline in children life
