Some people say that schools should invest in the best equipment for students, while others say that schools should spend on hiring good teachers. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is said by some that the best facilities should be provided for pupils by schools, in contrast others believe should be invested in employing sophisticated teachers. In this essay, I will discuss both of these views and present my own opinion. On the on hand, some people think that the schools should purchase cutting-edge equipment for students. It is because, the usage of modern equipment is so interesting for young generation that could engage them to attend in the class meaningfully and study hardly. For instance, I vividly remember when I was a teenager, I did not like chemistry class at all because was boring for me. After that, my parents changed my school because of some personal reasons. After that, It was amazing for me that I fell in love with chemistry thanks to professional laboratory in new school. Apart from this, facilities provide a situation that pupils learn speedily and deeply due to usage of technology and could save their time. Although, these reasons are correct, equipment could not be beneficial alone. If schools want to benefit from equipment significantly, should provide an infrastructure alongside it such as hiring perfect teacher that train students to use facilities in a correct way. On the other hand, others believe that the role of professional teachers in teaching is so important that schools should cost for it. It is because, tutors are an integral part of education systems that determine success or failure a course. Firstly, they could become a symbol that follow by students even in social behaviors. Because, students think that the personality of teachers is confirmed by parents and schools. For example, if a teacher be nervous in the class and use of punishment method, this behavior may be repeated by students in front of others at home or school. As well as, having enough knowledge and information, and teaching skills such as: creativity, management, communication and compassion are so important for a teacher to promote the class. If teachers be expert in their career, could train and engage students even by basic equipment. In conclusion, although some people believe that equipment is important for teaching. I think, the selection of good teachers is more logical. Not only, professional teachers could manage the class and prompt course, also could become an excellent symbol for them in social behaviors.
