It is said that working for a company or a corporation is prevalent in the modern society, taking risk to start their own business is another option for people who are adventurous and have a desire to be rich. Although founding their own company has a great deal of merits, in my opinion, its drawbacks are more significant. On the one hand, people who start their own business can have money in the short time and freely organize their own company according to their desire. To begin with, people might have capitals to invest heavily in their company if their project can persuade their customers about the interest and profits which is bring to the pocket of investors. For example, Jeff Beros is a billionaire who had found Amazon had a reckless intent is that he quit his job to start his own business and currently he is a richest person in the world. Secondly, people can develop their management and communication skills. This is because they is a highest position in their own company, they have to allocate missions to their employees and communicate with their workers by the meetings or emails. On the other hand, working for a company could bring to people stable salaries and avoid failing if they start their own business. In the first place, those who work for a company might be financially stable and accumulate their own experiences about their jobs. As a result, they can have a new occupation with a high-paid salary if they have adequately knowledge and experiences about their profession. In addition, in worst case of starting their own business, if their organization is not run smoothly and failed, they have a huge debt which is resulted in their risk. To put it another word, people who work for a company if their company become insolvent because of any reasons, they can have a spare money which is originated from their unemployment insurance. In conclusion, despite some of the plus points mentioned above, I believe working for a company is an optimal choice that have numerous benefits to take instead of starting own business which has abundant risks.
