The line graph and bar chart give the information and forecast about the vehicle numbers and CO2 emission in England and Wales between 2000 and 2020. AaWYe
TThe line graph illustrates the number of vehicles in England and Wales from 2010 to 2030. Also, the bar chart compares the information about CO2 emission in 4 different means of transport (cars, buses, vans and trucks) in the same period of time. Overall, it is noticeable that vehicle number are predicted to increase in the future. Furthermore, cars are expected to emit CO2 the most. In 2010, there were 20 million vehicles in England and Wales. Then, that number slightly increased to 35 million in the next 10 years and predicted to become three time higher than the beginning of the time given in 2030. Looking at the bar chart, cars had the first place and it continued to hold that position until the end of the period with 3 tons CO2 emitted. Truck has the same trend as cars but significantly smaller, 0. 6 tons at 2010 and approximately 1. 4 in 2030. On the other hand, vans and buses showed a slightly rise, around nearly 0. 5 tons after 20 years of survey.
