Numerous educational institutions primarily enforce strict rules for students in order to discipline them. While some argue that teachers have much responsibility in maintaining the ethical behaviours of students, many pinpoint that parents have a such role. Nevertheless, I am convinced that imparting morality to younger generations is the joint effort of both of them.
To begin with, it is irrefutable that parents play an integral part in regulating righteous attitudes. First of all, on account of a long lasting relationship and a strong bond between them, the elders can closely observe the youngsters for their negative aspects. Secondly, as parents are more engaged in their children’s activities, they better understand their behaviours. For instance, my mother, who has a thorough knowledge about my personality, directed me to a right path when I was about to pursue some bad habits. As a result, even in-depth immoral acts can easily be identified and eliminated even before they start. Thus, parents have an immense responsibility in moulding temperament of children. On the contrary, it is undeniable that the contribution of educational instructors in imbibing a code of ethics is indispensable. This is because they are under the control of teachers in school premises. Furthermore, sometimes parents are too blind to notice the bad aspects of their little ones. In such situations, the weaknesses of children can only be found and corrected by pedagogues. Hence, teachers' help in the betterment of children is inevitable.
However, I believe that continuous monitoring of children would ensure the maintenance of rewarding manners which would be a difficult task unless parents and teachers join their hands. This is because either of them can take responsibility in the absence of others. A good example is parents meeting in a school where both persons collaborate and work together towards the development of children. Therefore, combined work of both people would certainly guarantee the principled life of children.
The points I have hitherto considered lead to the conclusion that parental love and teachers' technical knowledge and skill in tandem help in building good etiquettes among the future generations. So it is crystal clear that the participation of both makes a youngster a dynamic and an independent person
