It is an undeniable truth that nowadays both male and female are doing the job in several departments of the law maker. A numerous man reckon that girls should play an equal part as boys in national duty like the army and police, whereas others deem that women are unsuitable for this types of works. I think it is suitable for both the gender. Consequently, I shall highlight my own view along with both the points in the following paragraphs. On the first hand, there are a plenty of causes why those are in favour of girls. To commence with, our sex is not vital but we should be physically and mentally fit along with good qualification. To elaborate it, female can also become a police or work on the boarder if they are alligeble. To epitome, many girls in India serving on boarder as a boarder security force. Apart from this, many girls are IAS and IPS officer. From another perspective, a number of human being think women are not capable to do this work as men do. Firstly, although they do not have ample of capacity for taking risk during war, they do this job. Secondly, those feeling that doing office work is an easy task for them. Consequently, they should not work on this kind of post. In my perception, though girls have right to join in any job, they must have reliable educational qualifications and other required characteristics like height, weight and so on. Our gender does not matter to be police officers and solders. In conclusion, undoubtedly it is really great opportunity for women to join these kind of works and if they start their journey as a police or army, then it will be beneficial for both our economy growth and their personal life as well.
