In the last 20 years there have been significant developments in the field of information technology (IT),for example the World Wide Web and communication by email.However, future developments in IT are likely to have more negative effects than positive. To what extent do you agree with this view?

There have been massive changes in the world affected by IT these years, that brought many advantages to people's lives. However, even if these developments produced lots of benefits to the world, it's more likely to brought more negative effects than positive ones. On the one hand, these technological advances have brought numerous benefits to our lives. Communication by email resulted, especially abroad, pleasura of benefits for education, business and commerce. Although, any kind of information on every possible subject is now conceivable to us, due to the World Wide Web system. It is distinct, that thousands of people's lives has made more straightforward and more convenient. On the other hand, these developments have not always have shown salutary effect. For instance, using email from time to time is destroying traditional ways of communication such as letter writing, telephone face-to-face conversation. Furthemore, by growing use of information technology, these negative effects will continue to go up in the future. In addition, the giant size of the Web, has meant that is quiet uncapable to regulate and control. Owing to this, serious problems are rising, like visiting children to unsuitable websites and viruses. Unfortunately, these kind of problems will escalate until more regulated systems are set up. In conclusion, IT developments have brought many pluses, though, in my opinion, developments related to new technology will create hanful negative effects that will need to be taken in control.
