some people believe that environmental problems should be solved on a global scale, others believe on a national scale.

Certain people of demography articulate that territorial issues should be worked out on a worldwide level. Meanwhile, the remaining argue it to be country wise. In my opinion, I vehemently believe that these problems should be tackled on both the global as well as the national level. Besides, the nature's maintenance should be the sole responsibility of its users and borders hardly matter. On the one hand, Nature seem to be the gift to humanity by god and it has always been the most valuable asset in an individual's arsenal. Furthermore, environment's maintenance should be on a global level as this resource has been used by everyone and not just individuals of certain geography. Besides, nowadays environmental issues have been rising due to the ill habits and ill consumption of it's resources by the human beings. Also, 'denizens united are better than being divided' has always been true in matters than concern everyone. However, whenever challenges are met with a wide number of resolver there has been a conflict rising almost every time due to lack of proper measures and guidance by the governing authorities. To elucidate, A plant has to be grown by a citizen, there should be regulations on the quantity and the location by the discipline IN charge. On the other hand, these issues have been a subject of diplomacy with a plethora of agrees and disagrees. Moreover, opinions of the locals have always been to restrict the environmental issues to local authorities in concern. Also, this has been raises the conflicts between states and nations. However, some believes of the individuals have been that environmental problems can be dealt better by specific groups rather by everyone as locals have been known to nurture the issues with better efficiency. Furthermore, a fraction of denizens debate that environmental problems have been theirs's for ages and no substitutions should be there. To exemplify, A farmer has been farming since his adolescence and is seemed to be more proficient than any other in this matter. To conclude, I cannot but agree more that, environmental problems have been a common issue for everyone and it cannot be distinguished by boundaries. It has always been the sole responsibility of the individuals. Overall, environmental issues should be dealt globally with proper terms and guidance.
