took your family to a nearby restaurant , complaint to manager

Dear Sir or Madam, I am witting this letter to draw your attention towards the quality of food and service provided in your restaurant. I visited your restaurant 'The Indiana' Thane branch and was highly disappointed by the service provided. One of my friend recommended your restaurant for pure vegetarian food. As it was my grandmother's birthday we wanted to celebrate this auspicious day and make it memorable for all so we visited your nearest branch. I regret to say that we were completely dissatisfied by the quality of food served. Firstly we had to wait for almost an hour at our table for the food after placing order. Rarely any one was entertaining us after taking order, the dinning mats were not clean and drinking water on table was not cold enough. Even after waiting for such long the food served was not as per expectations, it was too spicy although instructions were passed not to make it spicy at the time of placing. I would appreciate if you could take appropriate actions to improve your service and atleast live up to customers expectations. Thank you for your consideration. Yours Faithfully, Smith
